About 2 hours in. Gameplay is very simple. Story is interesting for long time fans so its definitely worth it for that. But if you've never played a Legacy of Kain game definitely play Ascendance last. Nothing will make sense or matter at all unless you're already a fan.

I kinda want Capcom to take the modern Resident Evil blueprint and make something completely original out of it. Just like they did with Dino Crisis back in the day. There's a lot of crazy things they could do with a game like this that wouldn't fit RE.

The best comparison I can think of for Astro Bot Rescue Mission is if Astro Bot is Mario Galaxy then Rescue Mission is Mario 64. Its less advanced but if you love one you'll love them both. In other news I played a bunch more and it just keeps getting better.
