The upside to all the breathing problems lately --- I no longer even notice the albuterol aftertaste. I used to have to rinse my mouth out immediately after because it was so unpleasant.. now I don't even notice it. I think I'm just so grateful to be breathing that it just doesn't register.

Apparently until a spirometry test, we don't know if I truly have asthma or if it's COPD. Just trying to keep breathing until we figure it out, because rescue inhaler 5+ times a day is getting old very fast.

Just had an asthma attack so bad that I almost called 911, but then I realized if I couldn't get any words out, they wouldn't know what's wrong or what to send anyway :( Can't wait until I see respiratory therapy and can breathe again.

Sorry I haven’t streamed much lately. Been having breathing issues since October. Talking and singing are both difficult RN because they trigger coughing fits, and the coughing fits sometimes make me pass out from lack of oxygen 😢 I’ll be back when I can!
