My latest newly created dish! Sriracha Dijon Chicken Chicken basted in Dijon Mustard and various seasonings and Pan Seared in a Sriracha White Balsamic Vinegar with Onions, Bell Pepper, Mushrooms, and Capers. All served over a bed of Four Cheese Rice.

Dinner I fixed the other day. Blackened Salmon with a Shrimp and Onion Rosemary Cream Sauce, served with Wild Rice and a Cajun Style Crabcake.
