First picture was my setup the year I started freelancing 6 years ago. The monitors and interface were loaned to me, and my Mac was ancient. Second picture is me and my studio from this year. Every year it grows just a little more 🥹

Something I’ve noticed lately about short form content I’m working on audio for is that the production audio is getting worse and worse. Part of me thinks it’s due to AI. Costs are getting cut during the recording phase, knowing some post AI processing can magically ‘fix it’.

Someone from gen z told me they liked my outfit so I’ll be riding the high from that confidence boost for the next 12 years or so.
