Living with handfuls of lifelong Chronic Illnesses and hearing the same all natural/holistic suggestions hundreds of times gets infuriating 🫠😒 Do they help? Yes. Do they cure? No. Be mindful before making suggestions. Rather, just listen and be there for people who live with Chronic Illnesses 🙏💜🙏

One of the things that hurt my heart the most when we sold our house: Leaving a decade worth of rocks, crystals, minerals, ores, fossils, and semi-precious gems that I hauled down mainly from high alpine mines. It is a surprise I didn't break my back 😅

We will be stopping there again before we head back to the Northeast during Nov. By mid-December, we should have a new place to call home 🤗
