I banged my AppleWatch on my wrist as I was leaving the loo in the store and as I was washing my hands I kept hearing a woman talking. It was the emergency services asking me which service I needed. My watch had triggered fall detection and called help. Good that it works, but blimey that was odd.

Woke up this morning perfectly relaxed. My lovely husband had already made coffee and breakfast. We may go out for a potter later this morning to see what is in the sales. Hope everybody has a lovely St Stephen’s Day.
