I had the chance to speak with @refed.bsky.social's Dana Gunders, who continues to bring optimism and solutions to the food waste problem in the U.S. She and I spoke about the 2030 goal to cut food waste in half, what locals could do to reduce food waste and what this Heinz Award means to her.
