Today, I ran #parkrun in less than 29minutes for only the second time. Weather was beautiful and I was joined by son (who put in a sub19!). Great start to the weekend. #running.

#parkrun no. 97. Felt good and a glorious morning too. Not sure I’ll get back to my PB anytime soon but it really does feel good doing this at least every Saturday.

Today I decided to indulge in two of my hobbies - golf and painting miniature models. It is clear I am shockingly bad at both. 🙁
