I happen to believe that almost all Christmas romances are we awful. However this one is really bad. Meeting were nothing is discussed. A kiss, in an elect for no reason, that leads to a woman immediately breaking off an engagement. A production of the Nutcracker that we never see. Bad movie 💙📽️

and the cheese is applewood smoked cheddar. Now that’s what I’m talking about. Maybe the cheeses get more intense as we go? This is the 6th year I’ve purchased an Ilchester calendar imported from the UK 🇬🇧 and never been disappointed. It is now a tradition.

2nd Christmas war movie of the season. A bit schmaltzy at times and the acting was uneven. The framing device, of old man starts to tell story to young man who just arrived from America, was totally not needed. As a feel good made for TV Christmas war movie it was good. Worth a watch 💙📽️

I only watch Christmas movies this time of year. Last year I watched a bunch of Christmas romances (they’re awful). This year I’m I mixing it up with Christmas war movies. This one is definitely an anti war. Should be more well known. Great cast. A bit weird at times. Well worth seeing. 💙📽️

The first of the bad Christmas movies I’m set to watch the season. The plot made no sense. There were double crosses on top of double crosses that actually made for huge plot holes. There was a voice over, and I generally don’t like those. And Affleck was, well Affleck. 💙📽️

A wonderful way to end this trilogy. The writing is very engaging. I admit I was a bit teary eyed for the last 15 pages or so. If you haven’t read this series put it on your list. I’m also from a small hockey town in Canada so there was some real resonance. 💙📚

Nice to see a movie from New Zealand 🇳🇿but, while the acting was good there should never be three main plots in a movie. It just didn’t all come together. And the action was to much to suspend my disbelief.

I didn’t think this was a genre movie, just a movie. There is a story and things happen to people. No magic, war, aliens, or superheroes. But maybe it was a romance. Do they still make those? Sometimes there was to much acting. Pleasant way to spend a couple hours. 💙📽️

A very quirky movie and I can see why it was not everyone’s cup of teas. The story was told from end to beginning, there were random dance numbers, and it made you think. Normally I hate voice overs but since it was Nick Offerman I’ll allow it. 💙📽️
