Such a pinch me I'm dreaming moment, Furality and then closing out a night run by favorite local rave crew with one of my remixes that people sung along to. Nothing feels real anymore

when i meet another deer in VR they often relate to my struggle of not being able to find a deer base that hits just right. there's some alright ones, but the best ones I've seen have been mods of other avi bases (yea I do have a deer sona (gasp), he just hasn't made his way into VR yet)

I've met tons of furries online at this point, but i still feel kind of disconnected from the local furry scene. maybe i don't put myself out there enough?

if we're all going to 100% rely on an automated age verification system there needs to exist like, any meaningful support for when said system fails. "computer says idk" shouldn't mean everyone along the chain shrugs their shoulders and goes "sorry not my problem"

I'm still working on divorcing myself from the notion that art needs to be Good to be valuable. I truly believe that any art is good art if it means something to you. and yet... i can't deny that I sometimes avoid certain art forms because of this feeling that i "should be better at this"

VideoRemap! One of the things I really needed during Somna was the ability to do complex mappings in Davinci Resolve. So making a plugin for that now. Creating mappins in Resolume while making a timecode and mapping it in Davinci :D

Con experiences are very individual. Despite some overall bummers like the loss of the party floor, FC 2026 somehow turned out to be one of the more enjoyable FCs i've attended in the 8 years I've been going, ^^
