In 2019, with a large, cold three bedroom top floor flat, the heating on full in winter, the bill was never more than £85. In 2024, with a well insulated, modern two bed flat, running appliances at night, with NO heating on, the bill is easily £90. I’m just nauseated at the constant ripping off.

My pilot Dead Parents Club is about this moment, and those us who were very young and thought we were heading into one world, when really it became something else entirely.
