If the shots were falling more frequently Texas would easily be leading this game and that’s the hard part to wrap my head around 🫠

Texas seriously needs to just play so much faster. UCLA can’t keep up with the speed and it seems like they’re spending too much time thinking about the shots to the point that they miss them.

Madison Booker is trying to create her shots this game and it’s not effective. Texas needs to let her hunt and then get the ball to her. That’s been working all tournament. Don’t fix it if it ain’t broke.

Texas looks almost scared to drive to the basket on some of these possessions. That’s a problem.

Texas wants to play the game at a slower pace but they should try playing fast. UCLA has struggled some to keep up on the few possessions where the Longhorns have sped up their offense. It’s worth a shot.

The construction project they just started along my commute to work adds an extra 15-20 minutes to my commute to and from work. Either I find a new route until it’s finished or I take public transit. Either way I’ll likely have to wake up earlier but at least the commute will be more productive.
