Oh hey I like to talk about this! Using an mmo mouse, ctrl for hotbar 2 modifier, shift for 3, alt for 4. So my logic here is, main buttons on the first hotbar, damage for dps or heals, ogcd stuff or damage in the second, third for abilities that are less priority (or i just ran out of space)
