I was aware the Ragnar v Ghaz was just the Red Waaagh with names changed but what the hell happened to Helbrecht. He’s been chasing Ghaz since Armageddon 3 and can’t get there but Ragnar just slips in for the scrap. Sounds like the Templar might be ducking the showdown

Done the full lore.

I really like the “everything is canon, not everything is true”, approach to 40K (and by extension 30K) Lore. If I don’t like something I just ignore it or use other lore to get round it.

As I’ve already got the Evil Sun and Waaaghtide I thought I’d polish off the full Lore.

It's finished. 2000 points of Blood Axes built using the army list from Rogue Trader's "ere we go". Every model is fully metal and original apart from the @ramshackle_games tanks. It has taken literally years to complete. See them at BOYL on Friday night being murdered by harlequins.

The new HH edition articles are something I’m really enjoying. The info on non-Martian tech is really interesting and something that, although mentioned in previous editions, hasn’t been worked through quite as much.

I enjoyed the Siege of Vraks novel. I’d like to see some more tie ins with he Imperial Armour series. There’s a rich vein of stuff. From Warhammer Horror with the Anphelion project right up to multipart epics with the Badab War.
