The other half of the workshop is the potluck. 98% of character work you'll do involves going into the session blind. This is why cold reading and improvisation are so important. You'll bring a script and it will be assigned to another actor randomly. We'll change the specs then it's go time. 💪😤

We are taught to conform to the norms of living in a society. That's fine: stop at red lights, shake hands, form a queue, pay bills. But when it comes to your characterization, especially at the audition phase, you cannot. You should not. Because the character of YOU are unique by definition. 💪❤️
