Nearly 2 months in and still charting kiddies!

Well, my latest self-published baby has now (after only 7 weeks) sold more copies & had more page reads than the preceding novel published with a major publisher 9 months ago. Never doubt you can go it alone, kids. And never let anyone tell you that people "just don't want to read" your stuff.

Ooh #12 in Literary Fiction and nearly back in the main chart too (#103). Come on baby, you can do it!

So to everyone who contradicted me when I said we’d given up on The White Lotus because it was dreadful: mea culpa - you were right and I was wrong. Season 1 is great and season 2 is brilliant. Next: on to season 3!

The novel the publishers all refused. So, I self published it and it went straight to #1 and stayed in the top 100 for over a year, going on to sell over 300,000 copies. Ahhh that was a fun time.
