Quick Airtable Interface hack of the day: keeping context of the currently selected item, even when moving across pages. Spoiler: It does not scale I mark the item as `isPinnedInUI` and use it to order the Record Picker elements. Obviously breaks if more than one person work on it at the same time.

Whisper has a 25MB file limit. But input audio quality doesn't seem to impact output transcript quality.So, I've been converting my files to crappy (but lightweight) versions, and I still get good enough transcripts. I shared the exact settings I'm using (with CloudConvert) on my blog.
