A little production sourdough baking this morning for a drop-off to our friends at The Leonard Paul Store. Since 1906, this local hub served as the original trading post among trappers, tribes, miners, and homesteaders, since 1906. We bake about 20 loaves a week specifically for this location.

Headed back to Oregon this week for some lodge time.
