I'd love a new MMORPG in the new year. As much as I love FFXIV, I feel I've reached the end of it for myself. It is such a huge time commitment for the content I want to enjoy, which I sadly cannot fulfil due to life 🥺

I picked up Dragon Quest 1 & 2 HD Remake at the start of the winter break. Spent at least 5 hours in DQ1 thinking "Is this person going to join my party?" Whenever I talked to someone who seemed significant, only to learn it's a single player party 🙃

I done it ✨And I've added my favourite little marcos and keybinds back ✨ Namely Class Change macro to display a hotbar with the different jobs and a keybind to change hotbar 1 to 5 so I can swap between single target and AOE abilities

My mum didn't want me to have a gap year, so I applied for Multimedia Design as it did not require a portfolio like Graphic Design and PR was the backup. I enjoyed HTML/CSS so much I focused on frontend (FE) tech. I went to a college in Ireland for two more years and further focused on FE.
