I hate my weight, always have. I've been stuck at the same weight for over 9 months and it takes its toll on me. I don't want to be excessively small; I just want to feel better physically and mentally. I've battled with this since I was a child. It's probably my second biggest dysphoria propagator.

I put myself into a depressed state and feel numb. All the jump-scares in the movie I'm watching have become ineffective and now i feel like im wasting time :(
