The new Dietary Guidelines flips the food pyramid and ignores the harms of our food system. That omission isn’t partisan. Our report, published with the Center for Biological Diversity, “Missing Ingredients,” shows that U.S. mainstream media barely covers the role of diet in the climate crisis.
