My thoughts on this weekend are mostly: - It's ok if people are transphobic at your venue because the victims will just leave and you don't have to deal with them anymore. - it's unrealistic to think an employee should be fired for chasing a trans woman out of a bathroom and being smug about it

This weekend was incredibly high highs and incredibly low lows and I'm excited to go home and not be on this rollercoaster anymore.

I am disappointed by so much today. I'm disappointed that a pinball tournament I've been looking forward to all year was derailed by a hate crime. I'm disappointed that the TD just simply failed to address that in any meaningful way.

One of the employees ran into the bathroom and shooed a trans person out and told them that she would call the cops for trespassing. Tourney admin basically took a “well this is my volunteer but not my employee” position.
