🌟 BT Leader Lab Dinner! 🌟 Day 1 of BT Leaders Lab wrapped up in style at the iconic M Shed! We were treated to a thought-provoking keynote from Professor Sue Turner, exploring the concept of “leadership by deletion” and how clarity and focus can transform leadership in the age of AI.
