“Liberty’s Flower” Western style shoulder holster. This was a personal exercise and I am experimenting with new (to me) finishing techniques and products. I am happy with the results, despite the obvious flaws & flubs. Sam Horne hardware & belt loop still need attached.

Well… It is -far- from perfect, but I did manage to take the idea from sketch to drafted pattern to final results. My take on the protagonist’s holster in Red Dead Redemption II, used by Arthur, John, & even one’s online character. Lots of flaws here. The tooling is pretty sloppy. (1)

Yarden #Kitten Update: This week makes 12 weeks. The boys are fixed and full immunizations. Bitzy, the calico, is scheduled for spaying in September whereupon she will get the rest of her immunizations. All have planned homes with good folks. (Bitzy will be staying with us.)

You can’t say criminals don’t deserve due process when due process is the thing that decides if they're criminals. Otherwise you're just kidnapping people you don't like.

Kittens had their first big vet trip today. Everyone got a Good bill of health for the most part. We have some antibiotic drops and ointment for kitten eye issues.

The “Yarden” here at our place in #WestVirginia is an ever developing “art” I engage with. I am happy about how this year is launching.

This weekend we also lost Winchester, so of the litter of five found, three are surviving. These three seem the healthiest and happiest of the bunch. So we try and remain optimistic as we do what we can for these lil buddies.

We lost Sundance, the runt of the litter. He was well loved in the short span he was with us. The other four foundling kittens seem to be doing well. Eyes are starting to open. All have strong appetites.
