I didn’t want to talk about this publicly, but I also don’t want lies to speak louder than me. My therapist never told me to end my previous relationship. I chose to, because I was in a genuinely dangerous mental place. I’m grateful I sought help. I’m healing, slowly but surely.

It’s been almost 2 years, since I last felt truly happy with myself. A few months ago, I made a massive change, took back my agency, and I’m finally comfortable in my own skin again. I’m excited for each day, now. Thank you to everyone who stuck by me while I wasn’t myself. ❤️
