1/2 I finished knitting this on wednesday, and last night I sewed in a lining, added a long strap, and a popper as a closure. The pattern is the same on both sides, so that (in theory) it doesn't matter which way round you put it on, #knitting #handmade

I've just sewed this pair of trousers, and I am amazed by how well they have gone! The only down side is that the waistband isn't sitting as high as I wanted but sits well enough for a first go! I might add more to the top for a higher waistband but for now, these are finished! #sewing #handmade

My good deed for today was "rescuing" the neighbour's Dad who had got in the back of the car and closed the door before realising the child locks were on. Luckily for him, we were heading past the car and he shouted out for us to open the door.
