I used to make comics called YERGATORY the summer before I moved to LA, when I was working at a Dairy Queen as well as a Froyo place to save up to move. More recently I made a Cartoon Cartoon called ISCREAM that’s a love letter to my time working in fast food. Funny how things work out.

I mean this in the most earnest way possible. If your points of reference for storytelling all come from cartoons I BEG you to read more books. There’s so much more variety out there, so much that hasn’t been distilled through 80 different hands & a single corporation’s S+P department.
