I’ve decided to go for a short walk most days after work for my physical (my back is borked & my physio said it would help my rehab) and mental well being. I hate to admit it but it makes such a difference to my hauora.

December 09, we were on Deutsche Bahn from Berlin to Brussels. The icy snowy weather had very much disrupted things. Multilingual announcements ceased and we did not speak German. A couple of German people sitting next to us proceeded to translate all of the announcements to us.
