I'm often asked "how do you become a talent manager?" and I cannot emphasise enough how simple this job is. You just need a basic level of competence and organisation, and to care about what you do. For prior IRL work experience, find a job doing any man/project management.

I'm genuinely speechless. 1000 Rin plushies sold on Makeship. This is the first deal I worked on as an indie VTuber manager from start to finish. Based on a variety of datapoints, my *most* optimistic projections were half that number - I'm overjoyed that this is the result.
