THE BAD GUYS 2 is a massive surprise. Crackling with energy, humor, and momentum, my kids loved it, and so did I. An absolute blast. The best animated sequel since Across the Spider-Verse.

Fantastic Four: First Steps reminds me a lot of the first X-Men. Does more good than bad, but is mostly just an excuse to get these characters in front of eyeballs before they can actually start the story. Very well-made and entertaining table-setting. Great crafts all around.

SUPERMAN is the first modern superhero film where the filmmakers actually trust the audience. They drop you in the world, and you soak in the goodness. I was a big fan. The whole cast is great, with Corenswet giving the Man of Steel a shot of humanity. Really enjoyed myself.
