I hate feeling subpar. Between all the travel, jet lag, peopling, working, and not being able to rest as needed, my body is over here lollygagging on healing. After coaching my son’s soccer game, I came home and slept 3 hours. Woke up for 3 hours and went back to sleep for 9 more hours.

Washington was an adventure to say the least.

I love designing sewing patterns. I hate organizing the patterns for testing lol. All the little details and things drive my big picture brain batty. I just finished drafting a rugby and polo based on a men’s block and now it’s time to prep it. My focus is out the window but I’ve got to buckle down.

One of the things i also struggle with is sharing how I’m feeling on public platforms. I don’t want to be angry. I don’t want to be sad. Some days I wish for the privilege of blissful ignorance.

Last night I had a minor meltdown after reading about some of the things Voldemort is already trying to do with the help of BV and Musty. I’m working on keeping the breakdowns minor instead of completely spiraling. Thank God i married the man I did.
