Patiently waiting for the schedule for next race season. Gotta check what I might need to pick up.

Hmmm...Next race season is starting while I'm out of town, and I kind of don't like that. Was hoping a bit for a potential holiday break, but looks like when I get back things will have to get under green.

Not me replanning an Old World chaos army to be more fluffy and make it so a unit with a mark of chaos has a multiple of its respective dieties sacred number as troops in the unit. It does make Tzeentch and Slaanesh awkward as 18 is a multiple for both though.

Two days of really off beat schedules because of work has me feeling dicey about the race weekend. I haven't even gotten open wheel practice in, but I'm not feeling great about Miata's at the very least. Looks like I'll dip my toe into GT4 and F4 depending on how I'm feeling.

Alright. Yeah. Only gonna do one bit for each of these tracks this week. They are absolute misery when you're still trying to learn how best to go fast (still don't know where the pole setters were finding .5 to 2 full seconds on the tracks). One more scheduled for the weekend, for now.

Okay...well, the rain is lovely but it's coming down decently enough that I think I'm postponing races at the moment. Might not actually turn rubber until I get back from OT tonight...if the weather lets me go do OT tonight.

Week 2 races got me just a little anxious. All three tracks suck, even with rookie cars and specs, and the oval is more like a glorified bumper cars arena.

In other news: Got my license for Sports Cars in iRacing with yesterdays races, and learned how much of a shitshow Oval is going to be. Today we continue with Race Weekend 1 with Open Wheels, so let's see how much of a mess that is!

Miata time trial: Miss the braking point on the final turn, go off track on lap 5. 'FUCK!' M2 time trial: Spin every third lap. 'FUCK!' Stock time trial: Kiss the wall on lap 8 for 0 points, 'Need clean laps!' "I swear to god...." But got the Stock done in the end.

Love the full body pain that comes after dealing with food poisoning. Nothing better to remind you where certain muscle groups are, than post-heaving your guts for 5 hours the day before.
