My son is head-over-heels in love with Stranger Things. He's 10 and I was worried about some of the more intense stuff, so I edited a bunch of it out and we watched together. We're all caught up as of last night--all ready for the finale in like an hour. Kid is pumped.

Been keeping my head down lately working on health stuff (which is actually going great!), but I did have time to get to some games!

Got that 8bitdo N64 controller today so I could finally play some N64 games, but now I'm like... I really don't like a lot of N64 games.

Despite the goofy Vader name, this is the new hotness on my desk as of late. It's a clicky one--and you gotta be into that--but everything feels great. Flydigi's even got an xbox licensed controller around the corner so expect to hear their name again soon.

Took a while to get here, but man am I impressed with the build quality. The buttons are too clickly for my tastes, but I think I can change out the switches. This'd be an easr rec to people @~$100, but there isn't a PS version--just Switch and Xbox. Both work on PC though.

Mike Ross is genuinely one of my favorite people. Such a humble, gracious guy, and immensly likeable. I had the priveledge of spending some time with him a couple times in Atlanta and I think back on those times fondly. A lifetime later, we would often cross by one another after work in SF.

I've only started playing and I'm nowhere near this level, but even in Early Access, Wendigo Blue clearly has a deep and satisfying combat engine. Gonna be following this one closely.

Holy shit does this Nova 2 Lite d-pad have a hair-trigger. I think it might even feel too sensitive, but I can hold down and rock left and right and the diagonal won't register until I want it to register. It's a damn fine d-pad if you can get used to how sensitive it is.
