Some great tips for indie devs by Snoman. Mechanics that we take for granted aren't perfect, and you shouldn't just copy/pasta the first instance you remember into your game.

Tried out Mewgenics but not really sure how I feel about it. Total information overload on screen at all times. Really slow, long runs without clear indication if I’m improving or just stumbling in the dark. Newgrounds style and humor hits different in 2026, not so much my cup of tea anymore.

Finished Adolescence right after finishing Dark so I guess I’m in my ‘watching shows unlike anything else’ era, can’t recommend both enough wow! Phenomenal TV.

Rolled credits on Hades 2, I’m glad I went back and finished the full release. Easily a 10/10 game and an improvement in every way for me on the original, but that said I do feel like it required a few too many completed runs to reach the ending, got sort of repetitive. Loads of content tho, v good!
