First batch of jerky, I think they turned out ok, the taste is great and very tender. Only thing is I cut them too small, next time larger strips. But making my own jerky is sweeeeet!!

Sweet and spicy fried chicken and waffles from Tupelo honey cafe in Grand Rapids Michigan. When I travel to different places, I try to get and get a chicken and waffles for breakfast! Anyone know a good place in WA with awesome chicken and waffles i should try?

Munch N' Brunch Waikiki B.E.A.S.T (Bacon, Egg, Avocado, Spam and Tomato (not shown)) was so so good! It was probably one of my favorite things I ate on my last trip to Hawaii. I thought I wouldn't be able to finish this, but I ate it with no problem and was still hungry Drawing sandwiches are fun.

Whataburger aka What a Wonderful Burger. I got the Double meat burger when I was in Texas. It wasn't my first time, but it has been quite a while since my last one, so it was great to taste it again!

ISSIANs Grilled Saba and Shishamo! I wanted the Salmon belly, but they didn't have any when I went there. It's been a minute since I drew fish, so I wanted to give this a try. Kobuta to Ookami knows how to do Katsu! I got their Iberico Katsu Nabe. Definitely on the pricy side, but I think once in a while, you can treat yourself to some quality katsu. The Iberico katsu was both crispy and drenched with the savory sauce. A delightful pot of goodness.

OH MYYY, I didn't notice until someone mention it, but there's a HUGE typo!! It's not 32oz it's suppose to be 3oz!!! 🤣🤣🤣 there's no way I could eat 4 lbs of meat in one sitting.

Smash that Burgers Oklahoma burger and spicy fries! First time trying a smash burger! And I really liked it! The charred patties and the melted cheese and sauce were so good! The fries were crisp and soft, and the smash sauce was perfect for a dip!

FUJIYA's Strawberry Tart. This shop is right in front of the train station near my wife's home in Osaka. I remember the tart base was very rich and the strawberry was fresh, and the sauce wasn't overly sweet and thick.

Chirashi bowl from Musashis I went to the new location in Lynnwood and got their Chirashi bowl. The Sashimis and toppings were all fresh and great, but I think the rice underneath had a little too much rice vinegar, was pretty strong, but other than that, for the price I think it was pretty worth it

Paper Cake Shop illustration part 2! This one is the Good Fortune, the chocolate sponge wasn't as sweet as I thought, which was nice because the buttercream and frosting were sweet so it matched well. Eat the slice of kumquat to reset your palate.

@papercakeshop illustartion part 1 This is Keel Bill! Lemon cake, with the jam in-between and the raspberry buttercream on top. The Lychee gel was the star of the show. The sweet but sour taste really gave this cake a new twist that you won't get anywhere else. Part 2 is coming tomorrow.

Not too long ago, I saw someone post about a dude eating their Costco pizza slice and Hotdog like this, it was very amusing, I decided to give it a try, it was hard to eat lol, maybe my mouth is too small, but I think I will eat them separately 🤣

Niku Tama udon from Marugame Udon ! And sides of assorted deep fried goodies. I'm glad that they made their way to South Center mall here in WA, now I can go and get a taste of Marugames famous sanuki udon whenever I want!

Last part of my final art of 2024. Another dessert from La Parisienne french bakery. This one is the Baba Au Rhum. Im glad I was able to end this year with some good pieces. I hope next year i could be more active and post more. Thanks for a wonderful year and hope to see you all around in 2025!

Final art of 2024 part 1 I got two pastries from La Parisienne French Bakery in Seattle. This one is the Mille-feuille Framboise (will post other dessert next) Incredible visual, love the layering of the puff pastry and the layers of cream and custard.

The Cilantro ramen at Ramen Bario in the Ala Moana food court. Cilantro is something people either hate or like, I used to hate it, but I've come to like it (after eating lots of pho), so when I saw this ramen I had to try it. It was too much LOL. It was still a good bowl of tonkotsu ramen. 😆
