Munch N' Brunch Waikiki B.E.A.S.T (Bacon, Egg, Avocado, Spam and Tomato (not shown)) was so so good! It was probably one of my favorite things I ate on my last trip to Hawaii. I thought I wouldn't be able to finish this, but I ate it with no problem and was still hungry Drawing sandwiches are fun.

Kobuta to Ookami knows how to do Katsu! I got their Iberico Katsu Nabe. Definitely on the pricy side, but I think once in a while, you can treat yourself to some quality katsu. The Iberico katsu was both crispy and drenched with the savory sauce. A delightful pot of goodness.

Smash that Burgers Oklahoma burger and spicy fries! First time trying a smash burger! And I really liked it! The charred patties and the melted cheese and sauce were so good! The fries were crisp and soft, and the smash sauce was perfect for a dip!

Chirashi bowl from Musashis I went to the new location in Lynnwood and got their Chirashi bowl. The Sashimis and toppings were all fresh and great, but I think the rice underneath had a little too much rice vinegar, was pretty strong, but other than that, for the price I think it was pretty worth it

Paper Cake Shop illustration part 2! This one is the Good Fortune, the chocolate sponge wasn't as sweet as I thought, which was nice because the buttercream and frosting were sweet so it matched well. Eat the slice of kumquat to reset your palate.

@papercakeshop illustartion part 1 This is Keel Bill! Lemon cake, with the jam in-between and the raspberry buttercream on top. The Lychee gel was the star of the show. The sweet but sour taste really gave this cake a new twist that you won't get anywhere else. Part 2 is coming tomorrow.

Final art of 2024 part 1 I got two pastries from La Parisienne French Bakery in Seattle. This one is the Mille-feuille Framboise (will post other dessert next) Incredible visual, love the layering of the puff pastry and the layers of cream and custard.

The Cilantro ramen at Ramen Bario in the Ala Moana food court. Cilantro is something people either hate or like, I used to hate it, but I've come to like it (after eating lots of pho), so when I saw this ramen I had to try it. It was too much LOL. It was still a good bowl of tonkotsu ramen. 😆

I miss this Basil Parmesan ramen I had at Manichi Ramen when I was in Hawaii. It was such a unique flavor, but it was very delicious. I wanted to make my own version, but i can't recall what soup base it was, I think it was tonkotsu, but I could be wrong, so I wanna go back to taste it again.

Nanas greentea Sweet potato soft serve! This was also a delightful seasonal dessert. Great combination with the sweet potato soft serve and the mashed(?) Sweet potato. This is the second sticker for my patreon sticker club, I'll post more info in the coming days.

Nanas greenteas Pumpkin parfait! It's always a treat to go to Nanas to get their parfait, I try to go whenever they have a new seasonal item. This pumpkin parfait was delightful and perfect taste for fall. The pumpkin ice cream and the cinnamon kuromitsu were my favorite part, they match very well.

Dave's green tea Ice Cream! The hotel where I stayed at in Hawaii was a few blocks away from this popular Ice cream shop and I had to try it. I love green tea Ice cream so I had to get this

Pineapple dole whip from the Dole plantation in Hawaii. It was crazy lining up for about an hour to get this, but I think it was pretty worth it. The dole whip was so good! The pineapple flavor was rich and sweet. The pineapple chunks weren't sour too. All of them were sweet and very easy to eat.

Assorted musubis from musubi cafe iyasume in Honolulu! I think I visited almost every morning to grab something to bring to the conventions. They made great breakfast/snacks. I especially liked the spam musubis.
