I've decided to be positive about the Pokemon Fire Red and Leaf Green announcement. Yeah, it's a bit pricey for a GBA game, but it's the most accessible legal price as far as I am aware. I also doubt the Pokemon company would ever put mainline Pokemon games on NSO.

Finally got into the Gander Social beta. Honestly, the app is fairly clean if not a bit simple. Their TikTok style section might be the best I've seen on the atproto ecosystem from a technical standpoint. I'm impressed.

I've been really slacking on reading manga in general lately. Once I catch up on One Piece, I need to find more manga to read.

I somehow fell around 80 chapters behind on the One Piece manga. I think the anime might even be slightly ahead of where I am. 😅

Red River is technically one of the best selling Shojo manga of all time. Like top 25 I think. It deserves an anime, but I never thought it would get one since it was initially released so long ago.

As someone who has been feeling kind of pessimistic about season 2, this trailer is really well done.

Drafts are another feature that I probably have no use for, but I'm glad to see it finally implemented. It's just nice to see features actually get released.

Going to have to see how this goes, but on the surface it doesn't sound great.

I cannot recommend @boostblue.bsky.social enough over the default Bluesky app. It has many features missing from the official one (saved timeline position!) and the developer is amazing and incredibly responsive and quick to fix any issues. It’s made my Bluesky experience so much better!

Just finished watching a replay of the Czechia vs. Switzerland women's hockey game. Turned out to be a really good game. Even the shootout was pretty entertaining.

Have to say, I'm pretty satisfied with the 2026 lineup of games for the Switch 2 so far. I think the next game I'll try is Dragon Quest.

"three-minute videos aren't enough" I am so glad to see this acknowledged. Longer videos that stream at a more reasonable bitrate would be really nice. "four photos aren't enough" I love this idea too. Seriously, these two things would go a long way in helping fandoms adopt Bluesky.
