On something a touch stronger for the asthma, turns out the spring cleaning made me more reactive than normal. First time I checked is, can you drink alcohol with this? Because my birthday is on Thursday, and my plan is to have a jolly good time in Edinburgh.

Spoke to my dad for the first time in a while last night. Hearing he has arthritis in his back and still has a heart issue scares me shitless. He's 65, nearly 66. Still goes to the gym all the time. Showed me his growing vinyl collection. I had a laugh at that... in the late 90s, he sold his LPs.
