The price of Boss guitar pedals is getting out of hand. They're meant to be the affordable but good quality everyman pedals. The Space echo is £240, the Waza Chorus £260, even the basic OS-2 is over 100 quid now as are the standard Overdrive and Blues Driver. Too much.

By far the most played Oasis song on the radio station they have on at work is She's Electric. Which is weird as not only is it their worst song but it's also contender for the worst song of the whole 90's. Closely followed by Roll With It which is the second most played.

Proud Dad moment earlier when my wee boy, who’s 2 and a half now, sat down next to me while I was watching a guitar pedal demo on YouTube, pointed at the screen and said “what pedal is that, daddy?” The next generation of guitar pedal nerd is up and coming!

Lot of chat the past couple of days about the worst song of all time. There's literally too many to choose from but I've always had a real burning hate for Another Girl, Another Planet by The Only Ones and Weekender by Flowered Up. Still, probably neither of them beat Galway Girl by Ed Sheeran.

As much as I'm not a huge fan of Oasis, they do have a handful of good songs and it is at least nice to have a proper indie guitar band filling stadiums as opposed to acts like Taylor Swift and Ed Sheeran. It would be nice if guitar music in general was more popular again.

In all the Bob Vylan/Kneecap melee people might have missed that 6Music broadcast St Vincent saying "motherfucker" repeatedly and then saying "I'm a cunt" during the seg of her set they broadcast at about 7 o'clock last night . The censors have really had their work cut out for them this weekend! 😂

Weezer and Pulp were the clear winners of Glastonbury as far as my wee boy is concerned. He loved Disco 2000 and really liked the guy from Weezer's green guitar. I'd have to agree. Both their sets were excellent.
