Despite the lack of definition my legs are alot beefier now than when I started to up my leg game. Feels good, I feel like I look normal. Gonna keep at it and keep growing.

Hmm, me nor any of my family for all of recorded history have ever lived in a climate that snows. So after several blizzards and working out 5 days a week and eating nothing but pizza and garbage. I STILL manage to lose like 40 pounds. God its so hard to keep it on.

Real tired of feeling small. Body hurts all the time. Can't rest enough, cant eat enough, stomach acting up at all times. I feel pretty big today and the progress is worth it. Maybe when it stops being 9° high everyday I can burn less fat and rest/move with less pain.

End of my gym/supplement haiatus. Been working on my arms and shoulders exclusively during that time. Lost some weight 😑 but thats winter and not feeling hungry for ya. Down to 240 again.

Been working on my arms and shoulders through my little gym break. Mostly cardio and arms 3 times a week or less with no supplements besides protien. Gonna start up 5 days a week again in the new year.

Damn, the body dysmorphia is usually pretty strong. I usually feel like I got very little muscle and a saggy belly, but I've never been bigger. New chest cable exercises are doing good work on me these days.

Feeling a but bulkier these days. Fat to muscle ratio is evening out. Years of non consistent sleep, 24 hr work days, and extreme stress made me gain weight in a way I didn't like and no amount of working out or dieting helped. I eat less but sleep better and I feel better.

Happy veterans day i guess. Too many people at work thanked me today. In spirit I support the troops, especially at the lower enlisted levels. Yet as a corpsman I cant help but remember that 90% of active duty i encountered were boot lickers, trump voters, and anti vaxers. Its hard to feel -

New fat guy perk/ problem unlocked. My belly is really heavy now. Bigger than its ever been. So when I walk for a few miles, my back goes to WORK. Woke up last night sore as hell, like I had an intense back workout.

Been adjusting my workout routine to include more cable workouts. Less weight and better quality reps. Feeling extra pumped these days. Chest dayyyyyy

Been working on biceps for the past month. Not huge but much less embarrassing, I actually feel and see some progress.

Been working on arms and shoulders lately. Shoulders are looking better. Biceps refuse to grow as usual. Need to hit them twice a week honestly.

Oh shit! Part of growing is eating and we got like 10 nurses who dont eat bread. Ima slam the complimentary Jimmy John's! Ate 2 so far and some cheetos. Maybe I'll graze. Steal a sandwich every half hour, takes me 15 seconds to slam one.

Had a violent intruder false alarm just now. I thought I'd have less of these after I moved. Those poor half sedated old people had to shamble out onto concrete in socks. Someone hit the under the table panic button apparently.

I dont really have the genes for big muscles but I'm proud that my back is the one group that grows. Farmer genes make it so I got a bot belly, strong back, and okish legs. Chest and arms? Hopeless.

Work is hell today but I still managed a shoulder workout ove lunch. Also, I just noticed the tank top tan lines. Need some full sun one of these days.

I usually walk to the gym everyday since it across the street past 2 parking lots. Rained hard as hell on the way back, I'm in a Lilly ass white town with the average age being 45. So I had to protect my phone with my shirt and do the shirtless fleeing Mexican Schick. Super refreshing tho.

I was wondering why I've been feeling sick in general. Turns out I'm not eating enough. I need like 3000 calories just to keep my weight. After the gym over lunch at work. I feel like dying as I only drink a 200 calorie protein shake, putting me barely above 1000 calories by 5pm.

Been sick for a while. Gained some weight. Not that I mind but I can see and feel the muscle lagging behind. Also doing my hair differently since its too long to keep down now. 255ish lb, I'm usually a bit under 250.

Completely forgot about these guys! My husband still jad his but mine was ruined due to wet moldy barracks. Made from molding foam by a Russian artist I can't find anymore. Hope she's ok. These were commissioned in 2020 I think.

After many mistakes and accidentally leaving the light on 24/7 for over a week. I also forgot to set the lights from 18/6 hours to 12/12. Its a better grow but fuuuuuck i messed up so much. Gonna get a clip board for the next grow i swear to god.
