I can’t help but pose the question: What is the opposite of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion? A thesaurus would tell us: Uniformity, Inequity, and Omission. That doesn’t sound very American to me.

Being anti-diversity, anti-equity, and anti-inclusion is literally the same as being racist & pro-segregation. These programs and initiatives and research all exist to make sure equal opportunity is based on merit for all. IT IS LITERALLY THE OPPOSITE OF THE REPUBLICAN ARGUMENT
