I contacted #Halifax communications and the city WILL NOT be giving the $50,000 to the Davis Cup. “the event no longer delivers the tourism, economic and other benefits that would have been expected had it proceeded as originally planned.”

My name was added to this letter without my consent. It is perhaps worth noting that it lists my old professional affiliation rather than my current one. It may also be worth noting that I checked the letter when Nathan posted it and did not see my name, so it may have been added since last night.

Now this is getting amusing
