Update: This morning's Richland County court hearing on the lawsuit challenging an open-meetings violation by the House Rules Committee is concluded. Judge Coble said, "I'll get a decision to you by later this morning."

Update: Today the subcommittee gave a favorable report to the "sharia law ban" H. 4671. It advances to the full House Judiciary Committee. On the anti-trans foster care bill H. 4302, the subcommittee hear testimony but took no action. That bill is stalled for now.
