Tobermory 31 from Whiskybroker (£125). Nose: Tropical fruits, furniture polish, oak, peppermint, leather, cinnamon pastry. Palate:sweet, old school pear and pineapple sweets, lovely cereal notes, tangerines,peppery spice. Slainte folks 🥃

Nose: spearmint,vanilla,green apples, lemon zest,Jacobs crackers. Palate: Fizzy apple and pear sweets, vanilla, cinnamon, ginger nut biscuits, butteries,honey, warm spices. Lovely oily mouth feel, it's light and delicate. This is beautiful whisky @glasgowdc.bsky.social . Slainte folks.

Nose:Waves of icing sugar, strawberry angel delight,bit of peppermint,some aniseed, empty biscuit tin.
