I love painting these little skulls!! And my new garage workspace table. It’s so fun relaxing with a dedicated messy spot to art at. Upstairs is for neat crafts. Here are some in progress. Since I have so many whenever I want, I’m starting to doodle weird stuff and I like it.

Also, I didn’t realize the trust I gained with them until my coworker came with me to my cat to feed them. They would barely come close. When she walked away, the came right over. Most won’t come closer than 10ft. But I have a few that will get 5ft to me : 3

Won’t lie, even though I know it’s because of snacks, it still feels freaking cool having 30+ crows fly to me when I leave work and yell ‘CROW BROS!’.

These are some of the reasons I don’t feel comfortable with 9/11 jokes or snarky comments. Tragedy happened to friends and almost my family. Please keep it in mind that this happened within the lifetime of many and still has an emotional impact of many. Hug your loved ones.

My dad normally would have been working in the city near the towers on that day. But by some stroke of luck, his work sent him out of town and was safe. Afterwards, when a plane flew low over our school everyone would pause for a beat. It was surreal.

14 years ago, high school ended early because of the attacks. I lived 30 min from NYC. From a hill next to school we saw the ginormous cloud of dust above NYC. Cell phones weren’t common and many kids had parents who worked in the city. They didn’t know if they were ok. We were all so scared.

Yeahhhh as a woman, if you have the word ‘period’ in red, it’s going to make me think of something completely unrelated to an electric fence.

Found a dog wandering around my neighborhood yesterday. They wouldn’t approach me but after two blocks they walked up to a house’s front door. They gave me a slight growl but I know dogs and it wasn’t a very aggressive one. I knocked on the door and the guy opens it saying ‘There you are!’ Yay!

He was laying on my chest so I’m pretty proud of myself for this one. I wish the lights were brighter.

My favorite crow ❤️ They wait for me by the door and get the closest to me compared to the rest! Now is the time of year for crows to molt so that’s why they have such patchy feathers.
