honestly rlly impressed with myself that I mainly started running because I enjoy it and I want to get better at it, sure it's good for weight loss it burns calories which I'm obviously happy about it but compared to that the main reason I go is just because I love it

went running during the day today rather than at night and I honestly think I prefer it if it wasn't for the god awful heat, definitely not gonna make a habit of going in the day when summer hits
