Today, the High Court held that the @northernireland.gov.uk acted unlawfully in failing to adopt an Anti-Poverty Strategy. The case against DfC and the FM & DFM was dismissed. This is a strong outcome that vindicates those who have campaigned for an APS and supported the case. ✊
