People need to understand not paying court and legal bills can get you in 1) even more debt 2) a warrant 3) in jail. Stephanie boosts a lot of others and I’d love to see her get the help she also needs.

I had a fun time teaching my cbrs therapist how a D&D combat encounter works. I use an abridged streamlined rules to make it easier on her since she's never played before. At her own testament, she said she had a ton of fun.

Cat went outside for a chill pill. His yelling was extra stress and he kept digging his claws into me so I figured he REALLY wanted to go outside. He will be safe in the yard, he just wanted to get some fresh air and run around for a while.

cbrs therapist was able to help calm me down and refocus my attention elsewhere for today. I am gonna do the things she recommended. Therapist moved Thursday appointment to tomorrow so that should help me get some guidance. I am not well at disruptions in the flow of things but I have to accept it.

update. PS4 and PS3 are both dead, dead. No power on, no sounds, no lights, no safe mode nothing just plastic bricks. I have been offered by a friend to send me a laptop that might do for a while, which is yay on them and a small sigh of relief. In the meantime stress levels are still elevated.

I am just lost right now. I don't even know what to do. I can listen to music for only so long before I snap. I guess I can try watching a movie on my broken ass laptop. ugh. whatever. today sucks.
