My all time favorite publisher. I had my first comic published over 13 years ago. I got to write for Image (Top Cow) once. One of the most important things I’ve done. It’s a long story, but I can’t say I earned the story with them (long story) so I really hope I can do something with them again.

I’m anti-authority when authority harms innocent people.

Not to get political, but America is very pretty and has a lot of nice folks making cool things, and I think if we had a president who wasn’t actively trying to murder us, we could have a pretty good time

I try to avoid comments on FB, but I had to tonight. People shitting on high schoolers for protesting ICE. These same people would lose it if anyone talked like this to their kid. Fuck ICE. Who feels safer with masked people with little training running around with guns? Not me.

I was dabbling in comics before I read Civil War. Reading manga, random collections, magazine stuff, but after reading this (in one sitting) I quickly became a Wednesday Warrior. Such a brilliant line here.

If you want to make a comic just make a comics. Can’t draw? Find a collaborator. No one wants to work with you? Hire someone. Broke? Draw it yourself. No one can stop you all you need is a pen and paper.

Came to the conclusion we spend most of our lives trying to figure out what works best for us. Organization? Structure? Money? Social? It’s not all the same for everyone. Some people spend their entire lives trying to figure it out and never do. No shame in trying and failing. Only in not trying.
