Life has become a lot easier after embracing my introversion. It’s difficult to not feed into the pressures of such an extroverted world. But for me, nothing is better than working on music all day, and then just hanging out with my dog. Also I haven’t drank in 5 months 😎

Find your core group. Artificial scarcity had made things so unnecessarily competitive in the arts. Don’t cave to it. Find people who support you unconditionally and give it back. That sense of security is our lifeline. The only competition you should be in is with yourself.
