Random fact about my art: you have to ask "is this <character_name>?", then most likely the answer is no. I'm quite meticulous when it comes to fan art, and if it's not just a quick doodle, I ensure the character is recognizable and retains most of their signature features.

When I receive comments that rub me the wrong way, I first try to assume it wasn't the author's intention and it's just a poor choice of words or me being too sensitive. It's not easy and takes me several attempts to write a chill response, but almost every time it turns out to be totally worth it

Last year I had tendinitis and epicondylitis so nasty I almost thought it would end my career as an artist. However properly setting up my workspace and doing regular exercise greatly eased the strain on my working hand, so I don't get those conditions anymore, even when I draw like 12 hours a day.

One of the reasons I switched to CSP from PS was to get an easy way to create timelapse videos. But besides technical issues, there's also a psychological one: when the recording is on, I feel like I'm being watched over my shoulder and judged for every mistake or change in decision.

I would really appreciate it if pressing "back" would simply close the opened image instead of taking you back to the previous page altogether....

If you want to create something, go ahead and do it. Don't wait for the perfect moment or for your skill to improve or whatever. You can maybe scale it down a bit but other than that - just do it.
